We see the management of memberships falling into three important areas, Contact, Collections and Control. Our membership keeps contact using Microsoft Office for mail merge to letter, email or text. It is also integrated with
BYM, which was used to create this newsletter. Collections can be handled by Direct Debit or Standing Order. Integrated Direct Debit management systems used include
eazycollect and
GoCardless amongst others. Control is handled by our
Access Control system, which ensures correct entry to the facility using
cards or fingerprint recognition.

This integrated direct debit management system will allow you spend more time chatting to your customers than chasing them for payment. Simply hand them over your iPad and ask them to sign up! Their details will be used for collecting their monthly direct debit whilst simultaneously updating your membership system. You will just have to take their photo or give them a card. Once their membership collections are underway any changes or non-payments will be reflected in both the SportSoft and GoCardless systems, making it very difficult for non-payers to slip through the net at the desk.
