Leisure Management Systems by SportSoft

There are many different parts to a good leisure management system, every business has different requirements depending on their offering and type of client. Nevertheless, every leisure business will benefit from the time and money saved using any of the modules shown below, which together form the backbone of our extensive software system.

Online Bookings & DD Sign-ups

Simply insert a link to our web portal into your existing website and your clients will be able to make their own bookings. While you are at it, why not add a join-up page so that they can renew their membership. This system can also include integration with online DD sign  up systems such as GoCardless

Membership Systems

We see the management of memberships falling into three important areas, Contact, Collections and Control. Our membership keeps contact using Microsoft Office for mail merge to letter, email or text. It is also integrated with BYM, which was used to create this newsletter. Collections can be handled by Direct Debit or Standing Order. Integrated Direct Debit management systems used include eazycollect and GoCardless amongst others. Control is handled by our Access Control system, which ensures correct entry to the facility using cards or fingerprint recognition.

Point of Sale & Stock Control

The Point of Sale is one of the most important factors in the success of any business selling face to face. It needs to be fast to keep down queues and easy to use for the reception team - customers and staff happy. If you add in stock control, management accounting, multi-layer pricing, easy set-up and chip and pin compatibility, you will also keep the manager smiling!

Access Control - do you know who is in your centre?

Compatible with many card swipe and biometric systems, our system can be configured to operate either on the entrance desk PC or it can be used to control a door or turnstile. It displays the member's photo on screen and can play sounds to help staff recognise the different warnings. A search routine allows entry to members who have forgotten their card or ID number. The Access Control/Visit Recording System will increase your club’s security, keep payments up to date and provide visit information and non-attenders reports.
