We still believe this year is all set to be the year of the web portal and we have created an entire suite of online systems to allow your customers to interact with you from their own smart devices. There is a registration system to get them into your database, a verification system to check they are not a robot and a DD sign up system if you need a mandate to be signed. There is also an optional PARQ available if they feel energetic  Add the capability of booking classes, courses, courts and pitches, and your receptionist will be doing something useful, or looking a for a new job! All these modules can be used comfortably from any hand-held, internet-ready device.

Self Registration

This new module for 2018 allows your customers to complete their own details, name, address, DOB, etc. directly into the database reducing the chance of errors and keeping the information private and secure. This keeps the receptionist's time to a minimum, just leaving perhaps a card assignment and a mugshot to do! Customers can do this on their phone or easier still, you could provide a tablet. Really useful for sports clubs where ALL customers must be registered to use the facilities - just get a few tablets for an improved customer journey

Online Class Bookings

This online booking system is fully integrated with the SportSoft LMS and can be supplied with a payment channel to make you money while you sleep!. You just need to set-up the classes with times and prices. Prices can vary depending on type of member. It will save hours of staff time on the phone searching through booking sheets. 

If you wish, your customers will be able to purchase multiple class passes at discounted rates, or even pay for their class pass monthly by direct debit. So membership packages such as 3 classes per week, 6 classes per month become an automated process instead of a time consuming, manual 'crossing-off' exercise. Great for Crossfit or offering a 'class only' membership.
 
The membership interface also allows existing members to renew and update their membership details online, again saving hours of valuable staff time.
 
All online systems are compatible with all phones and tablets for making bookings on the move....
