This new module for 2018 allows your customers to complete their own details, name, address, DOB, etc. directly into the database reducing the chance of errors and keeping the information private, secure and GDPR compliant. This keeps the receptionist's time to a minimum, just leaving perhaps a card assignment and a mugshot to take! Customers can do this on their phone or easier still, you could provide a tablet. You can add your own forms if you wish, a PARQ for example. Really useful for sports clubs where ALL customers must be registered to use the facilities - just get a few tablets for an improved customer journey. 

We believe this year is all set to be the year of the web portal. We have created an entire suite of online systems, created to allow your customers to interact with you from their own devices. There is a registration system to get them into your database, a verification system to check they are not a robot and a DD sign up system if you need a mandate to be signed. There is also an optional PARQ available if they feel energetic  Add the capability of booking classes, courses, courts and pitches, and your receptionist will be looking a for a new job! All these modules can be used comfortably from any hand-held, internet-ready device. 

Once they have registered, they may wish to join! Simply save the link onto a tablet's browser and hand it to your customer or just insert the link into your existing website and either way your clients will be able to sign a DD mandate. While you are at it, why not create some activity products like 3 classes per week for £80 per month and allow payment by DD. SportSoft have designed a completely seamless, automated interface with GoCardless where when a payment is stopped, so is the membership (and the activities!). There is nothing for you to do, however, you will be informed at every stage. This is an invaluable addition to the registration module above.
