I am contacting you because once upon a time you used our software. You may have moved on to better things or perhaps better systems, or maybe both, but nevertheless, I thought you would not take it too unkindly if I dropped you a line to say Happy New Year and remind you we still exist!

Happy New Year to all our customers and old friends. Life is just beginning to get back to normal after what seemed like a very long holiday break, one which has hopefully set us all up for the year ahead. With all the uncertainty over Brexit, it is unlikely to be memorable for good reasons! 
 
Last year was a big one for us, we launched a number of new systems in 2018 - a new web portal with tailor made registration and built-in GDPR compatibility, a link up with GoCardless for complete DD management, plus new and updated e-commerce channels from SagePay, WorldPay and Paymentsense. In 2019 we will be settling these new systems down and going right back to basics - yes, we will be re-visiting membership and booking systems! 

Software has changed a great deal since SportSoft started in 1990, it has not always been easy to keep pace with technology, but we have always worked hard to add functionality to our system and keep it up-to-date. Here's to another 28 years!

Simply save the link onto a tablet's  browser and hand it to your customer or just insert the link into your existing website and either way your clients will be able to sign a DD mandate. While you are at it, why not create some activity products like 3 classes per week for £80 per month and allow payment by DD. SportSoft have designed a completely seamless, automated interface with GoCardless where when a payment is stopped, so is the membership (and the activities!). There is nothing for you to do, however, you will be informed at every stage. This is often added after the registration module mentioned above.
