Access Control & Visit Recording

Our Access Control/Visit Recording System will increase your club’s security, keep payments up to date and provide information on attendees and non-attendees. It will pick up lapsed or overdue members, or members visiting outside their allowed time, and can be set-up to warn on birthdays, messages and renewals

Compatible with many card swipe and biometric systems, the system can be configured to operate either on the desk or to control a door or turnstile. It displays a photo on screen and can play sounds to help staff recognise the different warnings. A search routine allows entry to members who have forgotten their card or ID number

Swipe Cards

SportSoft can supply many different types of printed, plastic cards, including bar-code, mag-stripe, proximity and key fob. Still the most popular ID system, cards are simple to use and have an additional promotional advantage when handed to a new member.

Biometrics

Our latest biometric system, created by ievo, ensure a 99% read success and is ideal for physical access control such as barriers, doors and turnstiles. If you want to be sure who is using your centre, this is the system for you!

Management Reports

There are many reports and graphs in the system related to visits data. They mainly show the quantity of visits by day or by hour and each can be broken down so that any fields can be used for analysis, e.g. visits by hour for ladies between the ages of 20 and 40 who are interested in weight loss. Sometimes these charts are placed on the walls in the changing rooms to allow members to fine tune their own visiting patterns - either to come while it is busy or when quiet if preferred. Probably the most important retention tool will be the non-attenders list, which gives you the opportunity of contacting those clients who have not visited for a few weeks, potentially saving a lost membership
