While you are at it, why not add a join-up page so that they can renew their membership. This system can also include integration with online DD sign  up systems such as GoCardless 

 

A highly useful module for managing lessons and courses of any kind. It links to the customer database and the booking system to allocate space for activities and assist with correspondence to course participants. Produces course registers and manages badges and certificates.
